Meal Prepping

I’m proud to say that week 2 of meal prepping has been successful thus far. Granted, I could have started a little earlier in the day on Sunday (much earlier, actually), but it got done nonetheless. This week’s menu included recipes that I may or may not have remixed a little from the Buzzfeed Tasty app. I made some flounder; paprika chicken and a bean salad. Additionally, I’ve also prepped a pitcher of French Vanilla coffee, so that I could have my ice coffee everyday without making a stop to Dunkin’ Donuts. This, paired with pre-made smoothie baggies, has made the mornings nearly flawless.

Gone be the days of scrambling to put breakfast and lunch together, failing and having to order in to the office! I’m proud of my productivity and will be posting more meal ideas moving forward.
